Graduate Programme


At Burson-Marsteller UK we have a rolling programme of graduate recruitment across the year taking on between 12-15 new or recently qualified graduates annually. They join as Junior Client Executives initially on a 12 month contract, and during this period they work as full team members gaining experience and training in all aspects of the business. Junior Client Executives make an important contribution to each project, and are provided with challenging and rewarding work as well as the training required to fulfil their highest potential.

We receive an exceptionally high number of enquiries about graduate entry and go through a stringent selection process in order to identify the best new talent. All graduate applicants are required to submit a CV and covering letter explaining why they are a great problem solver through our careers website. Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in an assessment day where applicants carry out a range of exercises to demonstrate their strengths, skills and character.
